HOW IT’S MADE
I make each piece from beginning to end, with the exception of the casting itself.
Each begins as a sketch, then takes shape either by hand in wax or as a 3D-printed model. I wear and test the prototype over time, refining the proportions and fit before it is made in gold.
Once the form is right, it is sent to a casting house in New York City, where it is cast in solid 18k gold.
The raw casting then returns to me, where I clean, finish, and polish it by hand until it is ready to be worn.
JEWELRY CARE
18k gold is made to last, but its surface will change with wear. Fine scratches and marks are natural and become part of the piece over time.
To clean your jewelry, wash gently with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft-bristled brush. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Avoid household cleaners, bleach, chlorine, and other harsh chemicals. Chlorine can damage gold alloys and may cause pitting or weakening of the metal over time.
Gold is relatively soft, so avoid activities that may expose your jewelry to heavy impact or abrasion. When not being worn, store pieces separately to prevent scratching.
